The new year starts at the enneivg after the equinox has been observed. That is always the 4th OF THE ENOCH WEEK and is the FIRST DAY OF THE ENOCH YEAR. Records -- bah! I loved hearing the rain and the wind last night and wish that today were as cloduy as predicted.
